At Zolar, we’re committed to ensuring that your jewelry reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping options, delivery times, and more.
1. Order Processing Timeline
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We’re excited to share Zolar with the world! International shipping is available to most countries.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeline
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here’s a general overview:
- Free Standard Shipping: delivery within 5-12 business days
- Express Shipping: USD $25, delivery within 3-7 business days
We also offer free express shipping on orders over USD $180.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to you.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Zolar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to assist you.
Packages that are refused or not received due to recipient error (such as an incorrect address) will be refunded once they return to our warehouse. However, the refund will exclude the shipping costs to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, all Zolar jewelry is shipped in eco-friendly packaging. We use recycled and recyclable materials to ensure that your order is as kind to the planet as it is beautiful.
